Real Results, Not Theory

You Don't Need Me
(But Hear Me Out)

I'm not here to sell you courses. I'm not a guru. I'm just a regular guy who's almost at ₹1 crore (as on November 1) by doing what most people won't: save 50% of salary, invest in boring mutual funds, and wait.

The truth? You can do this on your own. Everything I know is already free on the internet. But if you're tired of Googling, overthinking, and making excuses... maybe I can help.

The One Skill That Changed Everything:

PATIENCE. Patience to wait before buying that car. Patience to rent while friends bought homes. Patience to let Parag Parikh Flexi Cap and UTI Nifty Index grow for years. That's it. No secret sauce.

What I Actually Did (No BS)

This isn't theory. These are my real choices over 8 years.

The Savings Strategy

50% of every paycheck went to savings. No excuses. No "I'll save what's left." Pay yourself first. Always.

Monthly Salary: ₹1,00,000 (example)
Savings (auto-transfer): ₹50,000
Living Expenses: ₹30,000 (rent, food, bills)
Quality of Life: ₹20,000 (travel, hobbies, fun)

Yes, I lived with roommates. Yes, I cooked at home. Yes, I said "no" to expensive things. But I also traveled, ate out occasionally, and enjoyed life. Balance.

The Investment Mix

Boring is beautiful. No stocks. No crypto. No "insider tips." Just proven, boring mutual funds and PPF.

PPF: ₹1.5L/year (max limit)
Parag Parikh Flexi Cap: ₹15,000/month SIP
UTI Nifty Index Fund: ₹10,000/month SIP
Emergency Fund (FD): ₹3,00,000 (6 months)
Direct Stocks: ₹0 (I'm not smart enough)

Everyone around me was buying individual stocks. I stuck to index funds and flexi cap. Slow? Yes. Boring? Hell yes. But it worked.

The Patience Game

I waited. And waited. And waited some more. While friends bought cars and homes on EMI, I rented and saved.

Car Purchase: Waited 5 years, paid cash
iPhone Upgrade: Kept old phone 4+ years
Home Purchase: Waited until 50% down payment
Vacations: Budget trips, not EMI resorts

Patience isn't sexy. But compound interest is. Every rupee I didn't spend on EMI interest became ₹3-4 in 10 years.

My Home Loan Rule (Non-Negotiable)

If you can't pay your home loan in 10 years, you can't afford that house.

Down Payment: 50% (not 20%)
Loan Amount: 50% of property value
Loan Duration: Max 10 years
Plan to Pay Off: 7-8 years (not 20!)

"Future money is in the future. You haven't received it yet. You're betting on it for 20 years. What if your luck runs out?"

I know even 10 years is risky. But at least it gives you peace of mind. You're not a slave to the bank for two decades.

So Why Would You Pay Me?

Honest answer: You probably don't need to. But here's the thing...

You Know What to Do

Save more. Spend less. Invest wisely. Wait patiently. You already know this.

But knowledge ≠ action. You've been "planning to start" for how long now? 6 months? A year? Three years?

Accountability Beats Willpower

When you pay someone, you show up. Skin in the game changes everything.

Free advice? You ignore it. Paid coaching? You implement it. Psychology is weird like that.

You're Buying Time

I spent 8 years figuring this out. Made mistakes. Wasted money. You can skip that.

₹2,499/month to compress 8 years of trial-and-error into 6 months of guided action? That's the deal.

The Uncomfortable Truth

I'm not selling you secrets. I'm selling you accountability, structure, and someone who won't let you make excuses. If you can do that alone, save your money. If you can't (and most people can't), let's talk.

What You Actually Get

No fluff. Just practical, actionable coaching based on what worked for me.

Budget Reality Check

I'll show you where your money is actually going. Not where you think it's going. Where it's ACTUALLY going.

  • 50/30/20 rule adapted to YOUR life
  • Expense tracking that doesn't suck
  • Finding ₹5-10k/month you're wasting
Debt Elimination Strategy

Get out of debt using the same methods that kept me debt-free (except my smart home loan).

  • Snowball vs Avalanche (what actually works)
  • Credit card trap escape plan
  • EMI reduction roadmap
Investment Education

I'll teach you the boring strategy that got me to ₹95L. No stock tips. No crypto BS.

  • Index funds vs Flexi cap (when to use what)
  • PPF/EPF optimization
  • Why I avoid direct stocks (and you should too)
Patience Training

The hardest skill to learn. I'll help you develop the patience to wait instead of buying on EMI.

  • Delayed gratification techniques
  • When to buy vs when to wait
  • Cash-only purchase mindset

The Investment (In Yourself)

Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. No contracts. No BS.

Accountability

For self-starters who just need a push

₹999 /month
  • 1 hour monthly call
  • Budget template (my actual spreadsheet)
  • Email support (48hr response)
  • Monthly check-in + goal tracking
  • Personalized debt strategy
  • Investment portfolio review

Good for: Beginners, students, anyone testing the waters

All-In

For those who want maximum support

₹4,999 /month
  • 4 hours monthly (weekly calls)
  • WhatsApp support (anytime)
  • Complete financial roadmap
  • Tax optimization strategy
  • Monthly portfolio tracking

Good for: High earners, complex situations, entrepreneurs

Still Not Sure?

Start with ₹999/month plan. Cancel after 1 month if you hate it. But here's what usually happens: You realize how much money you were wasting, and you upgrade to Pro.

The question isn't "Can I afford coaching?" The question is "Can I afford to keep making the same financial mistakes?"

Let's Have an Honest Conversation

Fill this out. I'll email you within 24 hours. We'll have a 15-minute call. I'll tell you if I can help or not. No hard sell. Just honesty.

The Final Truth

In 5 years, you'll either have ₹25-30 lakh saved up, or you'll still be making excuses.

You can do it alone. Or you can do it with someone who's already done it and won't let you quit.

Your choice. I'll be here either way.

Still on the fence? Use the free tools first. No pressure.
